Please note that all curtains are sold as a pair. All of our linings are white as standard and we make no deductions to the sizes of the curtains you order with us. Our manufacturing tolerance on made-to-measure curtains is 12mm. Curtains may arrive with creases in them, these will drop out once hung, or where needed a handheld steamer will help to reduce them.
Joins
Due to the width of our fabrics, and the width you may order there will be occasions where there are vertical joins in the curtain material.
Product Imagery
Due to the different types and settings of computer monitors, the shading/colour of products may appear different on screen. Ensure that you're happy with the fabric before making a purchase by ordering a free sample. These are sent out daily by 1st class post.
Returns
Our products fall under the definition of custom-made. Products can only be returned if they are faulty. Ensure you’re happy with the measurements you provide.
Maintenance
Curtains may arrive with creases in them, these will drop out naturally once hung, or where needed a handheld steamer will help to reduce them. We do not recommend using a washing machine to clean your curtains and dry cleaning is only recommended where available and indicated on the product tab.
All of our blinds are manufactured with child safety at the forefront of their design. We will send you your new blinds with relevant safety devices to make our products as child safe as possible.
We’re committed to supplying blinds that are child-safe, and all of our blinds undergo rigorous testing to ensure they comply with British Safety Standard EN13120.
You must install all supplied safety devices alongside your blind.
Instructions on installing the safety devices are included in the fitting instructions you will receive with your order.
Safe by design Blinds
If you receive your blind without any additional safety devices. It may be because your new blind is safe by design and does not require additional safety devices.
