MeasureSure Terms & Conditions

Measuring for your blinds is easy with our helpful guides and videos - but mistakes can happen! 

That's why we offer MeasureSure cover at checkout for just £19.95. If you order the wrong size, simply let us know your correct measurements within 15 days of receiving your blinds, and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. It's a small price to pay for complete peace of mind.

Important Information:

  • MeasureSure cover must be purchased at checkout.
  • MeasureSure is only available for blinds — it does not cover shutters, curtains, or orders valued over £1000.
  • Only one MeasureSure claim is allowed per household within a 12-month period.
  • Replacements must match the original blind’s fabric and specification.
  • If the replacement size is larger than your original order, Make My Blinds will charge you the price difference.
  • If the original blind is out of stock when you make a MeasureSure claim, you can either wait for the item to come back in stock or request a refund of the MeasureSure cost (the original blind order remains non-refundable).
  • Standard delivery charges will still apply to the replacement order.

Please note: MeasureSure only covers errors in measuring, not changes of mind or other issues.
