Make My Blinds is committed to running as normal where possible during the phased ending of lockdown. As with all businesses, things are constantly changing and we will always keep you updated where possible with any changes.
All of our blind production lines are operational during the 3rd lockdown, please check each product for its current delivery timescale as these are product dependant and are subject to change. If there are any delays with your order we will be in touch as soon as possible.
All products have an estimated dispatch date based on current government and NHS guidelines and are subject to change. We are operating with social distancing rules in place to protect our team. Please rest assured that we will manufacture and dispatch these to you as soon as possible. All of our teams are working with social distancing measures in place, and everyone is working amazingly hard to keep production running as smoothly as possible - we've been doing this for a while now. That's not to say the global shipping network doesn't sometimes fail us and cause delays outside of our control.

Couriers and Delivery
Whilst the couriers we use are working as hard as possible to get all deliveries to you in the stated timeframe, please be understanding if there are unforeseen delays with the drivers, after all, they are out there daily delivering trying to help keep the country running. We also know that all courier services are experiencing delays at their delivery depots, so whilst we ship and pay for next day delivery, at the moment orders can take 2/3 days to arrive. This is the same across all couriers and for all companies.
