If you've made an error whilst measuring for your new blinds, we will provide a like-for-like replacement up to the same price for one of your blinds.
MeasureSure does not cover changing blinds from one pattern or design to another. It's important to order free samples beforehand to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric.

This blind is a made to measure product and will is manufactured using the measurements and specifications you provide us.
This blind can not be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
In which case, your new blind is covered by our 5-year warranty and will be remanufactured and re-delivered free of charge.
