these are a bit of a no-brainer. You need something in the window to help block the light, and so for us there is only one option - blackout blinds. But if you would like to add a bit of ambience to your room or are not keen on a blackout roller blind, there are other options, such as dimout roller blinds that allow the light to gently filter through, so low lighting like street lights and headlights won’t be keeping you awake, but the sunlight will gently seep through in the morning, meaning you will be able to distinguish between the night and the morning, perfect if you’re a morning.
